Vibration in Rear or Roof of Vehicle

Our new Palisade seems to have a noise coming from either the rear or roof of the vehicle. It sounds like a vibration...maybe from a loose item. I checked everything and the only other option is taking off the roof racks. Has anyone else heard a similar noise? Appreciate the assist.
